Trades Instruction Program (T.I.P.) is for youth between the ages of 12-19. This program is to provide youth the opportunity to be introduced to all trade professions particularly carpentry, hair braiding and welding. We recognize that not all youth go to college but all youth deserve the opportunity to be exposed to a skill that can assist them in choosing a profession.
