The Chicago Urban League provides various internships throughout the year to support its program, research, and administrative departments. Internships are generally open to undergraduate and graduate-level students. Currently available opportunities are listed below.

Digital Media & Graphic Design Intern
The Chicago Urban League is seeking a Digital Media & Graphic Design Intern for Summer 2021. This internship will support the work of the External Affairs team and will report to the Executive Vice President of External Affairs & Programs. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing event flyers and graphics (including quick-turnaround items)
- Updating website content
- Assisting in content creation for social media
This will be a full-time internship from mid-June through August/early September and will include a stipend of $2,000. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student with skills in graphic design and/or experience using Canva.
The internship will be primarily virtual; however, some key events and projects will require in-person attendance. The Chicago Urban League is following local, state and national guidelines to maintain a safe work environment during the Covid-19 pandemic.
