Community Empowerment Program Information Session – South Suburbs

The Chicago Urban League has been awarded a grant from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority’s Restore, Reinvest, Renew (R3) program to provide programming that supports communities hardest hit by the failed war on drugs. Join us to learn more about the Community Empowerment Program, which will work to promote strong, sustainable Black communities in Harvey, Markham and surrounding communities through evidence-based programming, skills training, and resources that serve youth (ages 13 – 19), unemployed adults, and entrepreneurs through the following components:

• Youth Development and Academic Enrichment
• Workforce Development
• Small Business Help Center
